 Abstract 

Today, there is a massive computerization of work. In order to inform the contract system in the field of procurement, Federal Law no. 44-ФЗ of April 5, 2013 "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services to meet state and municipal needs" creates a unified information system (UIS), as well as a relatively new single aggregator of trade (SAT) "Berezka." To date, the legal regulation in these systems and the non-implementation in practice of all the requirements of the regulatory acts of the Russian Federation are particularly important issues. Consideration of problems and issues arising in the implementation of the Federal Law regarding work in the Berezka is the purpose of this work.
